Our parking location is JMK5 Cruise Ship Parking Lot located at 533 33rd Street, Galveston, Texas, 77550.

When arriving at the lot on the day of departure, the greeter will scan the barcode on your mobile device or printed parking permit. A FREE shuttle will take you directly to the cruise terminal.

Arrive at the lot as early as 9 a.m. on the day of your departure. Please arrive at least two hours before ship departure.  The last shuttle leaves the lot at 2:30 pm. Shuttle will wait 15 minutes at the terminal after first party boards when picking up debarking passengers.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)

Scan QR code posted in the parking facility and enter the required information. (License plate number required)

When you exit the parking facility, your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.
